Very nice hotel, located right in the city center with lots of shopping centres, eateries, food street all over. Room is spacious and cosy, beds and comfortable and we slept well throughout our stay here. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast spread was wide too and foods were generally yummy. Good if they can rotate a few dishes daily or once in 2-3days. During our stay we had the same breakfast dishes throughout the period and after the third day, you will feel a bit "boring".

Superb location and solid 5* hotel. You have everything you need, and the swimming pool is large. The western restaurant for dinner was awesome, so as the breakfast (wide range of options). The concierge helped me book my bus for the next day and the staff was really kind!

The location of the hotel is very good. Walkable to a lot of key sights and only 3 minutes to metro. There are a lot of free amenities but it must be requested via phone call. The hotel shows signs of aging but it's kept clean. The staff kindly assisted us to change room to a room with unblock view as we were not comfortable with the original room which was facing another building. Overall,recommended for a stay!

How do I start, everything is from the highest level here, the rooms, location and service. They all speak English very well and the food is superb. Breakfast here is a feast, soo much choice that you don't even know what to choose. And the complimentary high tea is an oasis in this busy city with a lovely selection of tea and cakes. I would definitely return again here on a next trip.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed it! The location is excellent, just 5 min walk from Jiefangbei street. The staff was very polite and friendly (they spoke english). The room was clean and offered a panoramic view of the city (I lived on the 37th floor). I also really enjoyed varied breakfast and the afternoon tea. If I come to Chongqing again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Friendly and helpful service, good variety for buffet brunch (both Western and Chinese options, live noodles station). Rooms are clean and well maintained, free bottled water provided and replenished daily. Very helpful front desk attendant (Lemon) showed us all the popular attractions in Chong Qing
