Great hotel for a spa break. Rooms very clean. Rooms come complete with a desk and huge tv and all laptop connections you could want. Usb, Hdmi, various Chinese and European plugs. Rooms have both a shower and a bath. The rubber ergonomic pillow was great. Natural hot springs in the same building. Area is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can walk along the river, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel I visited often beforeTgat time it was the Crown Plazza hotel.Today it has nothing to do any longer and nothing compares the previous high standard Crown Plazza any more.Lucky I speak some mandarin but I warn guest from abroad there is nobody who can speak English.
To be Honest, To compare with Chinese hotels it is to expensive.Breakfast is at the poor side.Today you are better off in a hotel like Home Inn plus (ru Jua) for way less money and cleaner (also chinese speaking only

This hotel is clean and stylish, with a welcoming atmosphere. However, some aspects could be improved. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t effective, making it uncomfortably warm. Although the staff provided a portable air conditioner, it didn’t cool the room well and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, our room was directly across from a restaurant, and the noise continued until midnight, which made it hard to relax.

Nice hotel. Clean, and stylish. However, the facilities need some work. The air conditioner didn't really work and the roomw as very hot. We were provided with a portable air-conditioner but it didn't help and it also made the room smell bad.

They gave me a room for a smoker. I asked them to change it, and they changed it for me to a better room with a balcony and no smell of smoking. Generally the hotels in a nice place near Shopping and the staff offer a friendly.

A very satisfying stay. I arrived at 9pm and was very enthusiastic about the stay experience. Thank you Yunduo for your thoughtful service.
Service: Very comfortable. I like Yunduo and the guy on night shift.
Environment: There is a hot spring outdoors. You can soak in it when you are tired. The surrounding area is a residential area, quiet and comfortable.
Sanitation: Clean and tidy
Facilities: The smart toilet is a magical tool for protecting the buttocks in winter. The sleep aids and common items on the floor are very considerate and thoughtful.
Minibar drinks: Please note that there are drinks in the refrigerator when you check in. You must taste them
