The service and facilities were all excellent. The location was also very good as it was close to the subway. The staff were very friendly.

The room is very clean and tidy. The only thing to hold them back is the language ability as only few staffs can understand English. One lady staff even refused to find a single wound plaster for us.

Although the hotel is clearly older, all the appliances are well maintained and in good shape, my room was clean and comfortable - one chair was really ready to be replaced, sagging through, but I just used the other one. The breakfast buffet was very good with only one exception: the chocolate donuts were stale. Plenty of other baked goods were delicious, though. Location was perfect for exploring the heart of Chongqing and close to metro station Lianglukou which is a good starting point to get to many sights. I would stay here again as service was prompt and friendly, too.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel with my wife and daughter. It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from a subway station. All of the staff were very professional and helpful. Found the hotel to be clean throughout. Would certainly come again.

Like most Hilton's, the facilities were clean and the service was good. The rooms were cleaned frequently and fresh towels and bedding were provided as well as lots of water (which was very appreciated). The location was ok considering that most of the things to do are spread out and there were many local restaurants in the area.
