非常糟糕的一次入住體驗
1、01號前台服務態度極差
2、7:30前最好別洗漱，沒熱水
3、房間內所有鉑銹鋼物件很明顯是做過保養維護的，（窗户圍欄，掛鈎，浴室毛巾架，水龍頭甚至是馬桶上的按鈕）但是應該在客人入住之前把上面的油漬處理乾淨，不然給人感覺不乾淨也不舒服，摸上去油油的
4、房間窗簾關不嚴，並且設計有點缺陷（床頭窗簾，會漏光，個人比較習慣遮光好的環境，比較容易入睡
5、房間還是比較寬敞的，床墊也還可以
接下來就細説一下入住體驗糟糕的原因吧
老公在入住當天17:20左右到店的，當時有點忙也就沒有仔細檢查房間匆匆放下行李就在外出了（老公下午到酒店辦入住放行李時我沒在）到晚上23:40左右我們才回到酒店休息，我們到房間正常把門打開插上房卡這才發現房間內沒電，第一時間給前台打了電話，説了房間情況（房間如圖一，你好，我們房間取不了電，麻煩你過來看一下什麼情況呢？我們今天有點累了想早點洗漱休息了，如），前台居然來了句，“你把燈打開啊”（我當時也沒説啥，等前台過來再説吧）掛完電話，前台帶着房卡走過來給我們一張336房間房卡，轉身就走了，我們拿着房卡去找了336房間（如圖二）結果還是一樣沒電！！！當時就無語了，因為這一次336房間電話用不了，衹能走出去找前台，看到前台説了，房間還是沒電，大晚上的還在折騰換房間這已經是第二個房間了就不能檢查好房間後再把可以正常入住的房間給我們嗎？前台並沒有覺得有任何問題，並一直在説房間肯定是正常的，白天都還有客人在入住，（在這一番對話後前台這才想起來我沒有登記入住訊息，心想在我一進酒店時不應該是先登記入住再進房間嗎？你這01號前台早幹嘛去了？？？我們進門時01號前台也在大廳的）後面緊接着也過來了一位客房阿姨，客房阿姨挺好的啥也沒説先是去看了房間，看看能不能恢復房間用電，阿姨説一時半會兒弄不了，還是再換一個房間吧，那我們就去前台等吧。我們走到前台沙發上等阿姨去查房，01號前台隨口對阿姨説“李姐，你再去看一下房間，不然他們又説房間有問題”！！！這一系列的操作後，直到第二天我們才打電話到攜程投訴
