非常差，沒得服務意識，房間臟，到處是灰，馬桶還有垢，烘乾機有問題説辭來了一個小時都沒來，打電話前台，前台直接把電話放一邊完全不聽也不回答，什麼服務，什麼高檔型酒店！

房間不錯很親切。各服務滿意，早餐也滿意，給我印象深刻的是她們的米線，早餐服務員熱情，客房大姐也很熱情，前台服務熱情都有笑容。特別是蛋炒飯還加了蕃茄，特美味。而且他們樓層的地毯都換過，看起比原來好很多，還是覺得他們跟用心了。

第一次點評酒店，確實忍無可忍。凌晨4點其他住客發酒瘋要強行破門而入。酒店來的也不咋管，也不報警。僵持半個小時後，最近還是我報的110，警察來了後才阻止了進一步惡化。退房以後也沒見酒店回覆處理結果，確實管理水平要改！！

沒有來得及拍太多照片，攜程訂的價格比酒店價格低優惠，入住之前看了幾個差評，有點擔心，到了之後體驗感滿分。酒店服務態度很好，房間住宿比較舒適，2月份房間可微調26攝氏度不冷不熱，不愧是智選假日早餐非常的豐富，酒店整體設施也很齊全，關鍵是地下停場很大並且是免費的，前台會提供一張免費的停車券。床軟硬適中，有兩套枕頭，一套軟一套硬可以自行選擇。下次還願意選擇這個酒店。

屬於大學城區域品牌中端酒店的天花板，位置極好，周邊商圈發達。房間乾淨，設施裝修雖然不算新，但是非常實用，特別是客房阿姨服務很熱情，春節期間入住人很多，早餐品種也很豐富，絕對滿足中西搭配的需求，關鍵智選假日酒店一直提供免費但不廉價的早餐品種，酒店工作人員服務都很好，有温暖的酒店！以後還會來這家店的。
