The front desk service attitude is poor, and they are indifferent to questions. The carpet in the hotel room is very dirty, the lights in the room are broken, and only some lights can be turned on, which is quite dim. The glass door of the shower room is broken, and the whole bathroom floor is full of water when taking a shower.

因為在附近中轉，就在附近搜了一個酒店。結果出乎意料的好，首先前台小姐姐們很熱情，服務非常好，我詢問怎麼坐車都給我説的很清楚。其次酒店完全超我的預期，一百多的價格真的享受了幾百的服務，很乾凈，房間也很大，真的很滿意!下次有機會過來還要住這裏!!!

連着四年每年都有來重慶出差，之前大部分選擇的是這家店，之所以選這家早餐不錯，入住有小零食，連住三天還有接送一次的服務，衞生和服務也還可以！但是今年來了之後發現，小零食沒了，早餐跟之前根本不在一個水平，花樣少質量差，連着三天8點左右過去吃早餐餐廳一片狼藉，房間的衞生打掃不徹底衞生間一股怪味，擦腳巾放地上三天沒有更換，牙具從始至終沒有添加，提前一天去前台約第二天送機場的車，被告知住七天才送，説房卡上以前的訊息沒到上改呢，前台態度極差説什麼房價調整了之前多少多少才能入住，服務員每天下午都會在樓道里發生原話！
以後不再入住這家酒店
