Clean hotel with very good service. We booked the river view room which had great unobstructed view of the river due to high level (24-27). The building contains many other hotels as well on different floors so occasionally could take up to 10 minutes in the lift during busy periods (such as during morning, lunch, dinner, check in and out times). Could also spent 5-10 minutes waiting for the lift as well. Several steps in the room we booked, as well as steps in the corridor leading to the room as well. Our room smelled heavily of smoke but was helped to improve by the staff with spray. Free laundry of 5 garments per room per day. Customer service team was helpful. They helped to extend the check out time For free due to our late flight. The location of the hotel is just off bayi street on a one way street opposite this building. Very busy traffic.

Very nice hotel, close to the Wulong national park and located in the heart of Chongqing, the staff is very kind and can help you clean your clothes for free, they are very reactive to all types of demands.

Saiya is an excellent choice if you’re looking to explore Chongqing. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a great shower—hot or cold water with strong pressure. There was a teapot and tea bags provided, but no coffee. The staff communicated through WeChat and were very responsive. They provided helpful guidance for everything I needed. There’s no self-service laundry for guests, but you can drop your clothes off at the reception on level 24, and they’ll return them the same day. I stayed for 5 days and was very happy with the service—housekeeping cleaned the room daily and did an awesome job. The only downside was the elevators. The building has many establishments but only three lifts, so the wait can be frustrating. Just be prepared for that. Otherwise, my stay was great, and I would definitely stay here again!

Hi. I just had a great stay at Saiya Riverview hotel. The room was spotless, had good temperature controlled air-conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The girls behind the front desk were very helpful, particularly No. 65, and most of all the room was quiet. I'll stay again. Cheers.

Firstly when we booked into our room we were disappointed with the view however the next day the stuff has organised another room for us which had higher standard and much better view. Location was excellent and close to some most significant attractions and a metro station. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff but they went out of their way with the help of the translator to help us and provide answers to our questions. We needed to check out earlier and were very positively surprised when we received a money back for half of the day. The bed was super comfy, the hotel was clean and had all amenities. We were very happy with our stay :)

Hotel is close to metro & walking distance to jiefang bei shopping street. Very convenient. Front desk lady very helpful and friendly. Lobby comfortable.
