第一，酒店前台和酒店不在一個位置，前台態度不好。
第二，酒店前台不誠實。
晚上九點多入住發現被套是臟的，打電話找酒店，他説要來換，我説晚點來，我們現在要出去，他説晚上衹有一個人，他衹能現在來，沒有貴重物品就現在來。我表示理解同意了，在外面的時候給我打電話説換好了，稱自己不是專業的可能鋪的不是很好，我説沒關係換了就行。
但是晚上十一點多回到酒店，污漬依然在，一模一樣的污漬，肯定沒有換，打電話找前台不接電話不回消息。
第三，空調噪音極大，無法入睡。可以點開視頻看，因為打開空調的時候聯繫不上酒店不接電話，所以沒處理這個問題。
第四，廁所衞生情況糟糕

第一次遇到要交按金的如家 前台和住的地方是兩個地方 我拖着行李箱到處找 前台態度也很差 像四五十的小旅館的感覺 房間挺小 但還行吧 太吵了 樓下全是攤販 第二天退房的時候打電話態度還行 不知道是不是一個人 總之不會住第二次了 這是我住過最差的如家
