I stayed at Gangsen Hotel on my last night in Chongqing. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The front desk lady was very gentle. It was a very satisfying stay.

I made an appointment for the airport drop-off service. When I arrived, I was told that I didn't have a car and didn't catch the plane. I was speechless. The reception service at the front desk that day was extremely poor.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has airport shuttle service. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated, the front desk service is very good, the VIP reception details are very heartwarming, and there are many places to eat nearby. In general, this is a very good stay experience!

It's hard to describe, it's a bit incompatible with this hotel. First of all, the hotel has airport pick-up service, which is very good, and you can make an appointment two hours in advance. I got off the plane excitedly and waited for the call. When I got out, there was no call, so I called and was told to wait for the driver's call. After waiting for 10 minutes, the call came, and the pick-up location was agreed. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I finally got on the car. The luxuriously decorated Buick business car calmed down a little, and then I knew that the car was arranged when I called at the airport. It took more than 20 minutes to drive all the way here. The driver was a bit innocent. At the same time tonight, another driver asked me to pick up at the airport. I told him that he might have been picked up last night. The work handover problem exposed here is really incomprehensible. Secondly, I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool. It turned out that the neighbor cut the agreement swimming pool and charged. Later, the front desk said that a free coupon was given. It was a huge fake information. Third, there was no freshly ground coffee and black coffee in the breakfast room. I almost fainted. Breakfast has porridge and dry food, which is enough. In short, the hotel in Chongqing made me see the market price.
