The food at the Bussines lunch would be improved

Clean, modern and spacious room with a nice bath tub. Careful of the slippery floor in the toilet area. Nice set-up in the sink area and the bar area, but might not be practical when using. Breakfast was one of the best with a good local and international spread. Do visit the free night view of Chongqing at the highest floor and nice indoor swimming pool.

The hotel was average and when we arrived into our room there were fake eyelashes found on the bathroom bench from the previous customer, clearly indicating that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly between stays. I rang the front desk and they told me they would send someone up to clean the bathroom again. When they arrived all they did was remove the fake eyelash and put it in bin without doing another proper clean of the bathroom. She put it down to “ the colour of the eyelash being too similar to the tiles”, and I never heard again regarding this issue from anyone. In addition the sage was not working and I rang again and was promised someone would come in 10-15 minutes, 20 minutes later there was no one in attendance and I rang back and asked them and they said you can just leave your valuables in the room to which I responded. What is the point of having a safe if you’re just telling me to leave the valuables in my room? The service at this hotel was very dismissive and customer service is not placed at the top. The decor in the room is only acceptable even though the hotel is quite new you can tell that the car is ageing with a lot of wear and tear on the seats. In addition the decor in the room is very weird with a safety cabinet like device which keeps the fridge and bar which is very unusual and very unaesthetically pleasing. Would not recommend staying here again.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It seems to provide a good service, according to its category. I found two main issues though. The room I was given does not exactly match the photos of the room I booked. In particular it was a very dark room with a very small window and bad views. I am surprised this hotel is considered one of the top scenic views im Chongqing. All others I have been provided better views. Either I was given a lower category room, or the published photos are deceitful. The second issue is about breakfast, it was really chaotic. For example, after a first course, I went to pick some more foods, then when I was back I noticed the hotel personnel had already removed everything from my table. The place feels overcrowded and noisy, and food quality is average. Even if I had already paid for it, next day I decided to save myself the uncomfortable mechanics and I skipped.

the hotel service is very good, we can do early checkin. The hongkong dim sum in hotel are so goods
