不好評價，店家直接不理人，也沒什麼緣由，電話不接，地方找不到，還不給退，誰訂誰沙筆哈哈哈哈

隔音極差，房間門甚至都不是標配的入户鐵門而是家裡普通房間的木門，所以隔音差到旁邊打電話、鬧鐘響、開門等都聽的一清二楚。wifi信號差，跟老闆反饋的解決方法居然是直接全部人突然斷電（斷電後才通知客人），我在房間裏都聽得到隔壁房客的抱怨。房間內蟲子多，衞生還行。
為了考試提早就預訂好房間，到店才告知要第二天才能住進去（那我提前預訂的目的是為了什麼）説是補償一個同等價位的房間入住，但為了考試我想要一個隔音較好的房間，給我協調的房間不僅味道大而且位於3樓，前台甚至可以直接不敲門而從你的窗户跟你説話，更別提隔音了。
總之不是為了考試根本不會來也勸大家不用來，這個價位在附近能住到更好的房間，200塊一晚的房間連餐巾紙都是木匠捲紙，太會節約成本了❤️

陪家人到理工考研訂了這間酒店民宿，酒店在華府廣場小區裏面，要進2道鐵門，入住後店家會發門卡及進入小區的刷卡器，位置很好找，小區外面就是一個很大的露天停車場，收費算便宜的，小區外面就是美食一條街，對面就是理工中門，從酒店到理工校區步行3分鐘。入住登記是保潔阿姨辦理的，老闆衹是在監控裏面協助，態度都很好，保潔阿姨特隨和親切，房間也打掃得特乾淨，房間裏面有幾處牆面有點損壞，感覺也挺正常不影響入住體驗。周圍也比較安靜。如果以後有機會到這邊，我還是會選擇這家酒店的。

入住找不到老闆，續房感覺像求着老闆賺錢一樣，打掃衞生的阿姨態度非常不好，最後一天18樓停水去他們3樓的別人退了還沒有打掃的客房洗漱，問阿姨要了個洗了的乾淨浴巾（退房的浴巾在地上）被翻白眼，真的無語，還被説我們退房晚了，不停水我至於從18樓到3樓來洗漱？！！
