The soundproofing is extremely poor. The room door is not even a standard iron door but a wooden door like an ordinary room in the house. Therefore, the soundproofing is so poor that you can hear every phone call, alarm ringing, door opening, etc. The wifi signal was poor. The solution I reported to the boss was to suddenly cut off the power for everyone (guests were notified only after the power went out). I could hear the complaints from the neighbors in my room. There are many bugs in the room, but the hygiene is OK. I booked a room in advance for an exam, but when I arrived I was told that I could only check in the next day (then what was the purpose of booking in advance). They said I would be compensated with a room of the same price, but I wanted a room with better soundproofing for the exam. The room coordinated for me not only had a strong smell but was also located on the 3rd floor. The front desk could even talk to you through your window without knocking, not to mention the soundproofing. Anyway, if it's not for the exam, I won't come here at all, and I advise everyone not to come. At this price, you can stay in a better room nearby. The room for 200 yuan a night even uses carpenter paper rolls for napkins. It's really cost-saving❤️

I booked this hotel B&B when I accompanied my family to the Polytechnic Institute for the postgraduate entrance examination. The hotel is inside the Washington Plaza community. You have to enter through 2 iron gates. After checking in, the store will issue a door card and a card reader to enter the community. The location is easy to find. There is a large open-air parking lot outside the community, and the fee is relatively cheap. There is a food street outside the community, and the Polytechnic Institute’s middle gate is opposite. It takes 3 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Polytechnic Institute campus. The check-in was handled by the cleaning lady, and the boss just assisted through the surveillance camera. The attitude was very good. The cleaning lady was very easygoing and friendly. The room was cleaned very cleanly. There were a few damaged walls in the room, which felt normal and did not affect the check-in experience. The surrounding is also relatively quiet. If I have the opportunity to come here in the future, I will still choose this hotel.
