總結，很差。第一個，衞生差，地上，浴室，洗手池，明顯的污垢污漬，而且並不是留痕沒法清理的那種，我自己用指甲也就刮兩下就掉了，清潔敷衍。第二個，隔音差，前台有電話，鈴聲都能聽到，甚至身處32樓能聽到樓下蹦迪音響的鼓點，可能是我對聲音很敏感，大晚上的看電影我都能被影響。第三個，廁所有窗户但是沒有窗簾，淋浴室和馬桶在角落相對好一點，可能有人會説32樓可能看不見什麼，或者有貼膜什麼的，但是我覺得酒店有沒有是酒店的事，我要不要拉上是我的事。有些人比如我就是感覺沒有窗簾能被看到，以至於我根本不敢用窗邊的浴缸，成為擺設。第四個，關於洗衣房，其實不該叫洗衣房，應該叫有洗衣機的雜物室。東西雜亂堆疊，稍微説幾個，保潔阿姨鞋子，員工上下床鋪，還有不知道是哪間客房的被子被單。我個人認為有總比沒有好，但是這樣的環境，洗衣機和馬桶放在一起，客人洗襪子都怕沾染腳氣的條件還不如不對外開放的好。還有各種小缺點列舉:洗手池水龍頭水太小，牆紙鼓包，房間光線暗，另外這麼大個房間沒有設定晾衣架，衹有衣櫃，關門晾不幹，開門擋路。當然也有優點，房間大，視野開闊，前台接待服務不錯，有配備遙控窗簾，USB接口，其他我是真總結不出什麼來了，缺點大於優點，不值這個價

1.酒店房間很新，跟圖片一樣，而且開關還用了電子控制面板， 贊!一開始打車去到的時候，我們是在公路下車上去的， 入住時前台小哥哥小姐姐看我帶着長者小孩，非常貼心的給我們免費升級了 房，還温馨提醒我們酒店層有免費的自助洗衣烘乾機使用。當時想這麼多人使用的，不知道會不會很臟呢?但當我去到洗衣房，看到的是洗衣機和烘乾機像新的一樣，而且配備了洗衣液和消毒水、洗衣籃，房間也是乾爽無異味，這對於出來了幾天，一直衣服沒晾乾的我們來説，簡直是一大福音!後來知道了原來清潔阿姨會經常去搞衞生，而且會留意清洗烘乾狀態，提醒客人及時把洗好烘好的衣服拿回去，不影響其他人使用!住下來的兩天真的覺得很舒服，而且很近觀音山商問大家坐地鐵也方便!小朋友説住了幾天，最好就是這
