The room is too close to the mall. It's very noisy at night. It's noisy outside early in the morning. I can't rest well at all.

Not long after we moved in, we discovered that the TV was broken. We called the front desk and got a remote control, but it still wouldn't turn on. We wanted to change rooms, but after trying to turn on the TV for quite some time, they said we had exceeded half an hour and they would charge us an extra cleaning fee. We couldn't even change rooms if the TV was broken. The service was terrible. I will never stay here again. Stay away.
