Although there’s the small accident happen but the person in charge did immediately respond and reflect the good return. Overall staying experience was great and nice with “xiao du” together.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. The hotel has a laundry room with dryers which is really really convenient for travelers! Great room, everything looks new and clean.

我長期出差住酒店，這家酒店比大牌酒店好很多，非常人性化，細節做的太好了，感覺是到家一樣的服務。這次是帶了二個90歲的長者來旅遊，房間還給做了免費升級，體驗不錯，設施：很好，全部是智能化語音控制設備，裝修同大牌連鎖酒店一樣
衞生：很好，很乾凈
環境：各種細節做的很好
服務：很好，很人性化，有免費咖啡、薑茶、老花鏡、血壓測量儀、小零食等等，提供電腦免費打印

這家酒店是個不錯的住宿選擇。一進大堂，一股桔子香氛的味道很清新，讓人感覺很放鬆，房間佈局很漂亮，設施齊全，尤其是床鋪非常舒適。前台客房態度和藹可親，能讓人感受到家的温暖。酒店的自助早餐種類很多，食材新鮮，服務人員一直在上菜，菜品也都很好吃，強烈推薦！

4天3晚的重慶之旅圓滿結束，酒店離洪崖洞和解放碑不遠，步行十分鐘左右就可以到達，離地鐵口也很近出發去各個景點都很方便，酒店服務人員態度熱情，前台還給升級了房間，酒店的早餐也很豐富，下次來還會入住

5天4晚愉快的重慶之旅與這個酒店有很大關係。酒店位置非常好，景點大多在附近，地鐵公交也非常方便，我們都嘗試了，酒店B層通往地鐵1號線的朝天門站。房間裝修風格簡潔大方，智能小祕書，自動窗簾。我個人特別喜歡衞生間藍色的瓷磚牆。這次跟老媽來，沒法吃火鍋，下次來，應該還會住這裏。美中不足的就是淋浴間的門縫比較大，洗澡時會有水濺出。

2.衞生間淋浴頭一直滴水
3.4星的酒店毛巾真是用了有用呀
4.浴巾都有點黏腳（踩上去）沒有擦哦
5.頭頂的淋浴好像還是壞的（也可能我不會用）
6.空調聲音很大，半夜自己停了
7.被子可能被罩料的原因翻身都有聲音
