It is quite a nice hotel, and we are not travelling in the peak season. Therefore, the service is exceptionally good and we got a free upgrade to a 50m2 room and it was amazing.

在酒店住了三天，總的感受就是臟，每天桌子不擦，用過了的杯子也不洗，雖然總體裝潢還行，但性價比不高，以後應該不會再來了。

導航可以直接到酒店樓下，進停車場就可以看見酒店的標識，很方便找到酒店大廳辦理入住手續，前台瑤瑤很熱情，讓人感覺回到家裡一樣。電梯刷卡進入樓層，配套設施齊全，乾淨衞生整潔，智能馬桶🚽烘乾設備都很好👌🏻！值得推薦！

酒店的環境設施不錯 性價比不錯
由於是緊挨着景區
所以聲音嘈雜
晚上會有廣場舞bgm
總的來説是無傷大雅
但是！
服務 真的令人詫異
1. 保潔： 在未經允許和徵求我們意見的時候 趁我們不在的時候 擅自進入房間（同時我們還開了請勿打擾）；一名短髮保潔 説一些不知所雲的話 “你們像是我的孩子 好好照顧你們” ，與此同時這名保潔連續五天出現在同一樓層（前八天每天都是不同的保潔）
2. 前台： 擅自進入房間前 前台不僅未曾查詢我們留的手機號徵求一下意見 並且在我們事後問詢的時候敷衍了事； 同時一名前台索要手機並進行評價 一開始詢問她是否可以打印東西 前台詢問過後説明黑白免費 但是查詢後發現我的十幾天住宿是三次續租 前兩次可以在攜程評價 於是她索要手機 自己誇自己 真是可笑至極
總的來説 希望酒店加強人員素質管理 保潔和前台都是酒店的一部分 真的很差做的

連住幾天親子房，衹有第一天是有一次性拖鞋，後面幾天由於在外面遊玩打掃衞生都沒給新的一次性拖鞋，最後一天連小朋友的一次性牙刷都沒給了，由於一大早要趕飛機就算了

有史以來最差的入住體驗，沒有之一！因為節日，提前幾天便全款付費定了房間。晚上9點到達酒店，辦完入住手續，被告知要等待。等待的過程中，後面到達的兩拔人辦完直接入住。問原因，大堂答他們訂的是大床房（貴酒店對大床房和雙床房的客人區別對待嗎）9點10分，問原因，答因為6樓以下的雙床房已經沒有了，6樓的這個房間要等人檢查後才能放出來。在我表達強烈不滿後，9點32分終於住進了615房間，房間裏濃濃的的甲酫味道，薰得我一晚沒睡好。最搞笑的是：第二天上午10點40分，在還沒有退房的情況下，服務員直接拿鑰匙來開門。誠信守信是一個酒店的基本準則吧，我既然已付房費，貴店就有義務為我預留房間，而不是等我到了臨時找一間問題房讓我住，還鬧出烏龍，作為一個經常入住貴酒店的老顧客，我想我以後不會再來了！
