It's not clean. The place is so small. I changed it from my own family accommodation. The sound insulation effect is very poor. I can hear the boss snoring all night, but the snoring is actually bearable. What I couldn't bear was that the boss got up at 5 or 6 o'clock in the morning to start cooking. The pots and pans were making a lot of noise, the hair dryer was blowing, and the chatter was loud.
