國慶期間入住，放假比平時貴了1倍，酒店周圍環境是可以的，但是房間確實是潮，太潮了…被子也潮，第二天起來，衣服都是潮的

🚗 交通：方便，住酒店可以開到裏面停酒店停車場
🧹衞生：很一般，早上起來居然發現樓梯口有💩，還被誰踩了一路，很臭很影響心情
🍃環境：有門口玄天湖加成，可以打高分，雖然選的無窗房，但是是朝中庭的內窗，不影響入住
🔔服務：保安大叔很熱情，但是前台妹兒非常冷漠，愛理不理，希望改進

五一期間入住的，就在湖邊很方便，門口就有租自行車的，就是吃飯不太方便，也訂不到外賣，衹能自己開車出去吃。老酒店了設施比較陳舊，房間座機是壞的，打麻將很方便

郊遊第一選擇，環境非常好，服務員態度也很好，晚上11點還幫忙加被子，這次過來臨時加人，房間緊張，又幫忙調整升級，體驗非常好

服務非常好，疫情期間前台檢查比較仔細，這讓我們住得比較安心，辦完手續後有人一直將我們帶到房間，路上也介紹着什麼時候去遊玄天湖，挺好，這次入住非常滿意！

此次住的是別院，該酒店時間較久了，主樓和別院的設施都比較老舊，特別是主樓的1樓比較潮，感覺別院房間的舒適度還相對較好一些。該酒店最大的亮點是服務員的態度特別好，特別是別院夜班服務員，雖然很晚了，但有什麼需求響應都非常及時，必須點贊一下。早餐也是非常豐富的，特別是雜醬麪受歡迎度很高。還有就是該酒店位置非常好，就在玄天湖的門口，龍舞廣場的旁邊。看完龍舞表演入住是相當的方便。
