1.酒店圖片和實際房間差距大。圖片是正常外窗的房間，實際給我安排的卻是窗户在走廊的很小的房間，我提出質疑，未解決。2.老闆娘態度不好。一是我説了我第二天要考試，麻煩安排一個安靜的房間，老闆娘不搭理。二是同等價位房間還有多間沒人住，但是老闆娘卻給我安排了一間煙味很重的房間，沒辦法，我自己申請了換一間。3.酒店隔音效果極差，噪音極大。半夜四點，走廊外大聲説話的聲音、送外賣的聲音、開關門的聲音、還有人打電話大聲説話的聲音。。。。（不知道有位女顧客四點多是在跟別人打電話做下蹲還是什麼，硬生生聽她做一下數一下數，數數到了一百多。。。）吵的我一晚沒睡好，嚴重影響第二天的考試心情和精神。不過老闆態度還可以，他還協調了讓別人小聲一點。奈何不管用。。。。要不是第二天我要考試，我當時真的想報警處理那個大半夜還在打電話大笑、一驚一乍、説了還不聽的顧客。4.衞生不到位。睡一晚，今天回家發現身上泛紅，清按有點痛。

雖然考試沒進麪💔
但是酒店還是很不錯
老闆人很好，乾淨衞生，整潔安靜，周邊是商場買東西很方便，還可以去廣場逛逛
其實我當時不小心進錯房間了，出去吃完東西回來用一開始給的房卡打不開門，然後發現自己進錯了房間，説明情況後，老闆很大方的給我換了房間，非常抱歉的同時也非常感謝。

豪華雙人間？ 此次訂房很不滿意，質疑攜程是否審核了該賓館實際情況。
我在5月1號訂了嘉航賓館2間豪華雙人間，因為相信攜程的介紹，到賓館後沒現場查驗，直接登記入住。進入房間與網上介紹簡直不符。
1、房間室內面積最多15平方米，網上介紹25平方米；
2、室內網絡電視卡頓現象特別嚴重，直接出現幀率太低；
3、房間門裡面無防進入鎖裝置，陽台玻璃門鎖已壞，且陽台與右邊房間陽台相通（見照片）；
4、我訂的2個所謂的豪華標間，其實質是電梯公寓的五樓平台上用彩鋼瓦搭建的房間（見照片）；
5、房間無燒水壺，還需到廚房燒水
