The location of the hotel is really good, only five minutes walk from the back mountain gate, but the room environment is very bad. First, I booked the room online, but the owner told me that there was no air conditioning after I arrived at the destination. If I wanted air conditioning, I had to pay 100 yuan. Second, the heater in the air-conditioned room was not warm, and it was blowing cold air all day. Third, the water heater was not hot, but warm water. It was cold to bathe the children. Fourth, the cups in the room were not clean. After the previous resident left, the toothpaste marks on the cups were not cleaned, and the quilts were not replaced with new ones.

True. Not very good. Very bad environment. Although the price is low and it is close to the train, it is actually more convenient to stay at the tourist center below. The rooms are much better for the same price. It is also very convenient to get up. You can just take the bus. There is no need to live up there.

Before booking, I called the hotel at least 5-6 times to confirm whether the room had air conditioning and hot water. The boss repeatedly said that the standard room had no air conditioning but the deluxe room had it, and that hot water was available 24 hours a day at over 50 degrees. So I booked the deluxe room, but after I arrived, I was told the truth that none of the rooms had air conditioning. He also said that there was no difference between the standard and deluxe rooms in the entire hotel and all the rooms were the same. There was no hot water in the room either. I felt like I was cheated. The washbasin drain in the bathroom was also leaking. When the water was turned on, water would leak from the bottom, which got my shoes wet. It was a terrible trip.

This is my second stay. I still support and like it as always. This time I feel more familiar than the first time. I chose a deluxe standard room on the fourth floor. It happened to be Fairy Mountain on New Year's Day. I brought my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 and had a great time. I could see the snow sitting by the window. The lady boss was also very enthusiastic.
