Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and solves problems in a timely manner! Very polite!
Hygiene: However, the hygiene of the room and corridor is poor. The carpet in the corridor is black and moldy, and there are a lot of dirt. The overall hygiene inside the room is acceptable, but there is hair (curly hair) in some parts of the bed and the bedding is not arranged neatly. It looks like the previous guest just made it up after sleeping. The curtains were dirty and the kettle had dirty stains inside and outside. The bathroom is ok and clean.
