The landlord was also very enthusiastic and told me how to get to Guanyin Bridge quickly. The air conditioning and heating in the house were very powerful. It is very close to Guanyin Bridge and there is a small market downstairs which is very convenient. There is a parking lot downstairs for 20 yuan a day. Overall very satisfied.
