房間根本不是我下單的時候看到照片上面的房間，找服務員理論，她説那間房已經定出去了，不住可以退，什麼態度啊。關鍵是有兩句話把我震驚了。1.“你定的是不是圓床房？這房間有圓床吧”2.“照片？你去餐館吃飯，難道照片上的菜和你吃的菜一樣嗎？”説實話，我還第一次遇到服務人員這種態度。衞生、裝修，300多的房間我認了，但是空調遙控板是壞的，熱水壺也沒有。都是找了服務員才用上。

很滿意，工作人員態度都特別好，特別有禮貌，尤其是前台小鐘特別好，因為下雨我們想晚半個小時退房，小鐘特地安排，特別感謝🙏早餐豐盛，就是人太多了。辦入住還送了小零食，雖然不太好吃🤭

衞生間的窗貼是卷邊的，洗澡開燈，對面肯定是能看到的，所以我就弄了一條毛巾掛着。窗户也是一大縫隙。排氣扇是壞的。

房間衞生差，有股味道，網上訂的房間空間還大，到店了服務員就把房間給我換成很小的房間，床單燦個大洞洞，説的網上訂的不是這種房型，我説網上顯示的就這種房型了，服務員説網上沒有改到，我都是做酒店的我不知道嗎，房間200多，平時可能賣百把塊錢，太差了，建議朋友們不要選擇這個酒店，不然你會後悔的

第一，房間裏面巨熱！房間給我們安排到頂樓，空調一直開的18度，一點也沒有用，巨熱，熱的心煩那種
第二，浴室地漏上面全是頭髮，很臟
第三，一次性牙刷包裝袋裡的牙膏是用過的，但是外面袋子是好的，這就很離譜
第四，服務態度巨差，我給前台反映了地漏有頭髮，她也沒説給我們道個歉啥的，直説後面整改，我又不是一直祝你酒店裡麪，你後面整改跟我有啥關係？
第五，房間裏面的燈也衹有一兩個，而且開關在床旁邊一點也不方便
