The best part of the stay is to experience the hilly house n the escalator . Overall not bad even though the hotel is old .

Hotel building is old but the room is spacious and clean.
Exactly like the picture. It gets cleaned everyday. Service ppl are courteous.
It is near a metro station liang lu kou which is directly connected to Chongqing north railway station thru south square line 3. Take the escalator directly down with baggage to the hotel.
The breakfast is free but the vegetables are too oily. Fried rice and noodles are too salty. There’s hardly any selection. Their self services noodles making section is good tho. You can also fry your own eggs. If you paid for this breakfast; it’s not worth it.
Cons:
-Waiting time for the elevator is too long
-The convenience store inside the building charges outrageously high prices - head over to guan yin qiao station on line one for grocery instead and shopping

The hotel is clean and in a good position. The only problem was with the laundry: it was written available but actually it did not work.

Great location, next to the metro but be mindful of a lot of steps as this is Chongqing after all. Room was clean and I had a decent view of the city. The road noise was a bit too loud for my liking but everything else was great.
