酒店位於31層（頂層）挺安靜。房間牆面有掉漆後重新上漆的痕跡，有礙觀瞻。出酒店過的天橋就是西南醫院門診部，很方便。
整棟樓都是出租的公寓、旅館，所以人很多，等電梯要很久。

離地鐵很近，離三醫大西南醫院也很近，在重慶出行很方便，我每次到重慶都住那裡，衹是以前入住都是可以先退房在查房的，上次過去因為給我安排了不在前台一個樓層的房間，皮箱很重不方便，我去退房，留同事在房間收拾東西，我們也同意保潔阿姨我們邊收拾邊驗房啊，結果前台很不樂意，這點不滿意

太吵了，晚上根本睡不着，真的一點一點都不隔音，廁所排水也沒做好，空調聲音非常非常大，轟呲轟呲的，沒有礦泉水這些提供，基本不評論的人來評論一個

位置比較好，離西南醫院很近。前台一個有點胖胖的小姐姐接待的，服務態度很好。公寓周邊購物吃飯都很方便，

房間比較大，配套也齊全，有冰箱。對面就是醫院，旁邊就是美食街，價格也很優質，樓層高，視野極佳。商務出差遊玩的好落腳點，唯一不足的就是電梯有點擠，建議錯峯上下，這個不是商家的問題，很滿意，態度也好。
