If you don’t go during snow period, then it is not really worth it. Nothing to do and see. Nice accommodation but too expensive during down period.

The attention to detail is outstanding. Every touch point is meticulously crafted with care and consideration creating a magical and romantic setting. We were so surprised throughout our stay and regretted not staying longer. The hotel is nestled in a picturesque forest were goats and miniature horses roam freely. We stayed in a beautiful cabin with all kinds of luxuries designed to help you relax. The staff only add to the beautiful experience and although they were unable to speak English, the accommodated us gracefully, especially Butler Xiao Wu. Will definitely return and make sure to do so during summer time.

It’s lovely, but for foreigners it’s hard to leave and return because it’s inside the scenic area and you get questioned every time. Nice spot, though. Great for kids.

房間設施齊全，入住當天降温，酒店提供了外套，安排了暖風機和電熱毯，阿姨盯着雨送到房間，服務非常周到，管家小蔣細心體貼無微不至，整體體驗物有所值！下次有機會還會再來！贊👍

終於來到了聞名已久的仙女山，為了方便遊玩，住宿當然要選擇景區內的拙雅酒店。
我們是傍晚到達景區，前台工作人員熱情接待，看到我老婆懷孕了，特意安排了方便出門的房間，添加了管家小蔣的微信，有任何需求她都快速響應，還幫我們把行李拿到了房間，準備了入住果籃，介紹了房間的各項設施，非常貼心。
吃飯的時候也馬上叫車把我們送到上面的餐廳，吃完飯衹需要發個微信，立馬接我們下來。房間的各種設施配套非常齊全，值得五星級。
第二天去吃華邦酒店吃早餐，自助餐品種略少，味道比較一般，這可能是此次入住唯一的遺憾。
退房的時候，管家小蔣還贈送了水果，礦泉水，總體來説，此次入住非常愉快，非常享受，下次還會再來，特別是管家小蔣的工作值得表揚

仙女山上最好的酒店，環境特別優美，打開窗就是風景，很適合親子或家人一起出行。酒店有按駁車帶我們去小火車站和大草原，兩個地方離酒店很近。管家小楊服務很好，特別周到熱情，我先生沒帶長袖衣服，小楊給借了一件。負責打掃房間的兩位阿姨也很好，衞生做得比較到位，其中一位好像姓鄭（不知道有沒記錯，9121房）

酒店在仙女山森林公園內，十棟別墅式建築，外觀古樸，散落在森林之中，讓人感到非常靜謐和放鬆。房間裏面空間很大，而且還有地暖，如果山上下雨，外面冷，房間內很暖和，非常舒服。唯一美中不足的是淋浴和浴缸的水龍頭水壓太小，洗澡不方便。酒店服務很好，管家小陳很周到，車子忘了關窗，一夜下雨，酒店人員主動幫我們拿塑料布遮擋了，感動。
