如果可以打負分的話，我是一分都不想打，平時真的很少評論，這家旅館價格便宜是沒得説，當時訂的時候衹花了66塊錢，兩個房間兩天一共是兩百多，但是兩百多就不是錢嗎？我知道這麼便宜，環境肯定不怎麼樣，我的要求也不高，我衹要求床要1.8米的，其他的都不重要，並且我選的時候我選的是就是大單間，不管我花了多少錢，既然你標的是大單間，那你就應該給我兩個1.8米的床的大單間，而不是我們到了之後你跟我直接安排1.5米的房間，我們是10:30到的提前入住，但是如果你當時跟我講沒有1.8米的房間，我可以等到下午再入住也是可以的，自己旅館的接待能力有問題來怪顧客，你們真的是夠可以的，既然沒有大單間了，就不要在網上標出大單間還有空餘的房間，最開始老闆娘還跟我説就是1.8米的房間，但是我有1.6米幾那張床還沒有我身高長，你跟我説那是1.8米，你不是在説著笑的嗎？當天我們就出去玩了，之前溝通的是如果有人退那個大床房就讓給我們，但是那個人沒有退，我也不知道到底是真是假）由於帶着小孩晚上一直哭鬧兩個大人加一個小孩1.5米的床，一開始想的是將就就行了，可是實在是睡不下，半夜實在是想不通，就讓前台阿姨給我換了一個標間，我們父母的房間依舊是1.5的小房間）前台阿姨自己都説我們那個房間就是1.5米的床老闆娘上午還跟我説是1.8米的床，不過老闆娘的態度還是算可以，但是那個男的不知道是他的老公還是員工兇得不得了，還説什麼你要是不滿意，到時看了房間你可以退，那既然你們沒有這種房間為什麼要掛在網上呢？你不這樣掛難道我會選嗎？1.5的床我是不會考慮的，難道就是這樣騙到一家算一家？更奇葩的是説有的房間人家標的2米有可能也是1.5米的床，那難道是你們這家旅館才這樣嗎？真的是給我氣笑了，我住過那麼多的旅館酒店，沒有任何一家像你們這樣，我當時拖家帶口我退去哪裡，退一萬步講，就算是我們當時對的定的房間沒有了旅館這邊都應該給我們換同等價位的或者高於我們訂的房間的房子，而不是給我們換一個小的房間，如果當時你標的是1.5米的床，那我絕對是不會定你們的酒店的，訂酒店這種事情本來就是商家標的什麼如果有房間客户就去選什麼那難道我訂的房間我還要打電話問你到底還有沒有這種類型的嗎？你要我臨時去換我換**，請問我們哪裡有問題了？真的是搞笑。要入住的一定要謹慎。

12點左右。入住的。環境房間都挺不錯。本來我訂的房間，不是雙人床。是單人床，他們説單人床沒房了。所以第1個晚上住的是雙人床。第2天我都忘了。結果立馬給我換了個大床房。挺不錯的
