I had to wait about 30 minutes for the man trying to register to check in, and he just made me standing with my backpack still on my back. Pickup driver is very rude, and I had to wait very long, even hotel is not far away, on top of that, I called so many times 2 phone numbers but no one picked up, had to try again and again after 15 minutes later then someone answered, and wait for another 30 minutes before driver called me.
The photos of hotel are completely fake look very beautifully touched up with Photoshop editing making everything look so brand new, but the real front and inside hotel are all very old. Heater didn't work well, I had to put in my outdoor jacket to sleep because so cold. I had to pay for 2 bottles of water. No toilet paper. And everyone has to climb up very wet and slippery steps dangerously high steps no hand rail before can get into hotel. Even inside hotel to get to the lift dangerous slippery high slop step to get into the lift.
