I had an exam in Dazu the next day and the hotel was very close to the exam venue. Originally At first, I booked another hotel. When I checked in, I was told that my order had been rejected a long time ago and that the room was full. Then I canceled the order. The Ctrip customer service guy was very considerate and helped me find this hotel. Ctrip also borne the extra expenses. Although there was a small incident, Ctrip solved it perfectly.
