The staff's quality was extremely low. I clearly booked a standard single room (with private bathroom), but they insisted that I had booked a special room (with shared bathroom) and that the standard single room was free for me. Their words were extremely rude. I showed the staff that I had booked a standard single room, but they refused to change their minds and showed no apology. It was terrible! I do not recommend staying here!
