經常入住金科酒店，此次入住，正好遇到一位前台貴賓部蔣小姐，她能很好的傾聽客戶的需求和入住體驗，並能根據實際情況及時作出調整，服務很周到，細心。與之前的幾次入住親切感有了很大的提升！前台012號陳小姐接待也很用心，工作主動並細心詢問住宿過程中的需求和需要改進的地方，讓客戶有不錯的賓客之上的感覺！酒店形象也有較好的提升！（客房服務還是需要繼續加強的，打掃完衛生洗漱用品沒放，床頭櫃上有殘留糖漿水跡，酒店刊物上吃食遺留的湯汁殘羹等，會讓後續入住的客人感覺很差）

優點：1.江邊，環境好。2.房間大。3.升級到商務單間後視線很好。4.前台效率好。5.周圍餐廳多。
缺點：1.游泳池外包了，早上去的時候説12點半才對住客開放，就沒有遊，很不滿意。2.馬桶座圈不乾淨，衞生需加強。3.早餐9點半後牛奶就衹有見底的一點，也沒有再添加，咖啡機的咖啡豆也沒人添加。4.馬桶太高，不理解為什麼。5.車庫昏暗且破敗。6.贈送的宵夜小湯圓一些熟的一些生的，品質不好，還不如不送。

早餐挺好，窗户外就是自家後花園。酒店位置很安靜，出去散步真方便；小城市嘛到哪兒都不遠。
送了一次免費下午茶，倒是可以選咖啡，不過就一杯咖啡而已。房間裏每天送兩瓶水，免費。另外兩瓶大一點的礦泉水收了10塊錢，可能是上一位住客開玩笑把價錢標簽撕掉了，我當成免費的喝了。
停車場有的，車可以開進來到酒店門口。

環境衞生不錯，早飯品種不算多，但是味道可以，服務態度可以。但是房間插座偏少，有一邊的插座還是壞的，馬桶會左右搖擺，花灑轉換缺少了手柄，洗手盆用後地上會有水流出來；周邊景點旅遊介紹也沒有。
