Jinke Hotel

I stayed at Jinke Hotel some time ago and had a very bad experience. As soon as we arrived at the front desk, the staff who handled the check-in process were cold and expressionless throughout the whole process. They ignored us when we asked some basic questions and showed no enthusiasm or patience. After checking in, there were some minor problems with the facilities in the room. I called room service and waited for more than an hour before someone came to deal with it. When the maintenance man came, he looked impatient and felt that I was disturbing him. What's even more infuriating is that when I checked out, they actually deducted money for some inexplicable reasons, saying that the items in the room were damaged, but I didn't move those items at all during my stay. It's obvious that they wanted to make money this way. When we argued with them, the staff not only did not verify the matter seriously, but also had a tough attitude and had no sincerity in solving the problem at all. This experience at Jinke Hotel was really terrible. The service attitude was extremely poor, and they were thinking of all kinds of ways to make money from customers. I will never come here again, and I will also advise my friends to choose carefully.

Why is the service one star? Because there was one particularly speechless thing. The cleaning staff entered my room to clean without my consent and the hotel did not notify me in advance, which violated my privacy.

這家酒店位置十分便利，價格實惠，房間乾淨整潔。早餐種類雖然不算多，但足夠滿足基本需求，且味道不錯。整體來説，性價比高，適合預算有限但追求舒適度的旅客。

早餐種類非常豐富，中西式選擇多樣，食材新鮮，味道也很棒。元氣滿滿地開始新的一天。酒店設施非常新且維護得很好。房間寬敞舒適，床品柔軟，衞浴乾淨現代，泳池體驗感很好……最讓我印象深刻的是前台小吳的服務，響應迅速，無論有什麼需求，都會盡力滿足！整體來説，無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務，都無可挑剔。下次來一定還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友！

酒店前台辦理入住很快，停車免費，前台倩倩還給我們免費升級了房型，前台果汁還不錯，還有冰箱凍了冰水可以免費領取，早餐品種比較豐富，現煮麪條味道不錯。
