這家酒店的服務人員都態度很好，訂房後OTA專員就聯繫到我們，到店後引導到房間，工作人員都熱情周到，入住體驗感滿分，下次會再來

第一次入住，感覺還可以，酒店的裝修風格感覺比較陳舊，但是環境比較安靜，服務態度很好，還詳細的告知早餐和WIFI這點還不錯！

酒店的檔次本身很高，可惜交通非常不便，公交，地鐵，出租都不成。從機場到酒店，完全不爽。周邊兒連吃碗小麪的小館兒都找不到，慘。。。酒店房間洗臉枱的水龍頭一看就是劣質裝修。龍頭出口位置幾乎在臉盆兒邊緣，連洗手都難。。。前台服務也不成，8號一早詢問9日一早用車事項，至今兒沒音訊。衹能8日提前離店，換個住處。。。

酒店房間衞生狀況很差，灰塵很多，床上還行，桌子上很臟，其次，空調不能調節温度，外面25度，曬的房間很熱了，也不能通風，空調也不能製冷，體驗很差，然後，房間內雖然有提示注意蚊蟲，但是蚊子真的有點多，嚴重影響夜間休息，最後，衞生間和廁所的燈是聲控的還是什麼的，很不靈敏，不能自己控制，經常是洗澡洗了一半燈自己滅了，我還得出去敲一敲門才能繼續亮起來，簡直了。最不能忍的事，酒店網速及其之差，比20年前的撥號上網還慢，根本對不起這個價格。

我們預訂的標間，前台小姐姐説主樓標間已經住滿了，安排我們住北樓，在前台辦理完入住，工作人員告訴我們後面玻璃門出去右轉就是北樓，出門大約走了100米還沒到，北樓這麼遠的嗎😂 ，還還當時遇見來一個穿工裝的妹妹，告訴她我們要去北樓，她就很熱情的帶我們過去，好像是叫alisa 來着。

房間隔音效果好，安靜舒適，停車位多都是免費，前台服務態度很好，個人睡覺對枕頭比較挑剔，前台妹妹幫忙聯繫送了乳膠枕，非常合適，退房還有贈送了小禮品。可以可以！

給我安排的北樓，房問風格比較素雅，房間很大。前台服務好，還給我説安排擺渡車送我，就幾十百來米🤭房間乾淨，早歺豐富美味，就是房間有蚊子，希望能引起重視，有點影響睡眠。

房間寬敞，酒店很大有兩棟樓，定的北樓房間，安排了觀光車，距離目測有一百多米吧，入住還貼心贈送了一個充電器，正好派上用場，不錯！
