首先酒店是在一個大樓的31層，從外面沒有任何酒店的標識，打車送到停車場也不好找。這個大樓的電梯很無語，雖然分了高區和低區，但是白天工作日幾乎每層必停。
設施：衣架設計有點奇怪，掛上衣服就會擋着全身鏡。空調不靈，室温達不到設定的温度。最大的優點是床很舒服，床品不錯。前台服務還可以
環境：在觀音橋附近，還是很熱鬧繁華的。但是酒店估計是新改造的，雖然在高層但是不隔音。房間的門也是，走廊上的聲音也容易吵到。
服務：早餐品種特別少，除了小麪衹有蒸點，雞蛋豆漿和果汁。

優點：離觀音橋非常近，逛街方便，落地窗景觀視野棒，離地鐵站近，交通方便；酒店設施新，早餐的麪好吃
缺點：日式大床房離洗衣房非常近，晚上有人洗衣服的聲音聽得一清二楚，對聲音敏感的人慎選。兩個枕頭都比較軟，沒有支撐，睡一晚落枕了。衞生一般，地上有前客人留下的頭髮和棉簽。早餐也就麪好吃，種類不夠豐富

3. 服務態度： 從預訂到離店，服務都無可挑剔。前台火火特別熱情，主動提供了很多本地遊玩和美食建議，幫我們避了不少坑。有需求響應也非常快。

慶幸選到這家酒店，感覺特別超值！房間非常乾淨整潔，從床品到房間設施，都非常滿意，床墊睡起來特別舒服。前台的服務也很好，服務反應特別快，因為第二天早上趕飛機沒能體驗到這邊的早餐，有這樣的態度就已經勝過那些所謂連鎖的酒店了。最後提一個小建議：在淋浴間牆面上安裝一個擺放洗髮水沐浴液的層架，客人會自帶洗髮水，洗面奶啥的，這樣會比較方便。還是要給這寶藏酒店點贊！看得出來經營非常用心。

下樓往前一點就是觀音橋地鐵口，出行什麼的相當方便，離觀音橋商圈也很近，房間陳設簡單了點，整體都還不錯。
酒店是在民生銀行的寫字樓裏分出來幾層，進出電梯比較難等，而且寫字樓樓下沒有酒店名稱的標識較為不便。

酒店位置很好，出了觀音橋站幾分鐘就走到了，房間設施設備也很齊全，環境很好，房間非常於凈整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適，洗漱用品都是一次性的很安心。周圍小吃火鍋超級多，前台火火服務挺好的很用心，期待下次再來！！！
