I have a struggle with checking in process, they haven't finished with the construction on apartment 9-5 and ask if I receive a refund but I refuse so they move me to 9-4 instead. (They shouldn't open to sell if the construction haven't finished) The building is wear out and dirty, people spit indoor and in front of the elevator (I know it's not their fault) the one elevator only function and the other one is out of order, sometimes you need to wait 10-20 min for it to travel 20 floors up and down so it's not convenient. Btw it's near the food street that I really like

很離譜的店根本找不到找了很久地圖上也搜不到這個青旅更噁心的是給客服打電話一直不接最後沒有去住也一直不退款打電話去也不接不退款我們找平台客服也是沆瀣一氣狼狽為奸不給退説必須要商家退才行平台一直虛情假意給我打電話説解決一直拖着最後實在受不了罵了平台才説平台自身補款給我們還委屈平台了真的是第一次遇到這麼離譜的商家和平台避雷吧
