1.酒店硬件和軟件都很好，裝修很新，材質也不錯，電視很大功能很多，房間打掃得很乾凈，有小愛同學智能音箱控制全屋燈光和窗簾。前台所有人員都很專業、熱情、盡職，小代同學很温柔。
2.地下室的洗衣房有單獨的烘乾機非常好用，洗衣機和烘乾機都很新。
3.早餐種類很豐富，廚師手藝也很棒，服務人員響應都很迅速。
4.缺點是浴室設計有點問題，濕區和幹區無分隔，導致洗澡後馬桶和手盆區長時間處於地面一攤水的狀態，容易滑倒。且洗澡前無臟衣服懸掛區或放置區，因為手盆是無枱麪設計，門是推拉門，連凸出的門把手都沒有，把手是內嵌式的，衣服衹能暫時掛在吹風機上。

帶爸爸媽媽出來旅行，酒店很新但沒有味道，位置也很好找，7樓看出去，視野很開闊，周邊美食也很多。特別感謝小吳、小李兩位酒店服務員，服務很熱情、周到，主動幫忙找到了貴重遺失物品。

放暑假帶孩子出來玩，在網上訂了這家酒店，前台服務很熱情，很貼心的給我們倒了茶水，大廳還有個小機器人和小烏龜，太可愛啦哈哈，房間也很乾凈舒適，最讓我們滿意的還是早餐，品種多，又好吃，煮麪的師傅還主動給我們打佐料，太貼心了，餐廳旁邊還有健身房，真的很棒，體驗感和情緒價值直接拉滿.[呲牙]
