【已協商但永不諒解】大家避雷這家有安全隱患、管理混亂、體驗非常差的酒店！
出發前預訂兩晚景觀房，已預付費。已入住過北京、上海、成都多地多晚全季，以後再也不住！
1、有安全隱患：
（1）首個房間安全鎖是壞的，打給前台説是正常的、工程師傅也不以為然還抱怨客户問為什麼壞了，強烈要求換房才更換；
（2）換房且前台已送新房卡的情況下，工作人員深夜十一點半兩次敲門並刷卡、企圖進入！如果沒有安全鎖就已經進入了…解釋是工作羣裏
2、房卡管理混亂：
（1）電梯刷不上：與漢庭共用，刷卡後按鍵沒反應、工作人員未提示刷卡後，沒到達樓層就直接向下，衹能拖着箱子回到首層
（2）多次房卡刷不開門：一共進入過四五次房間，三次刷不開，得反覆回前台拿卡，昨天能打開的今天又開不了了，住兩晚最後有三張房卡
3、管理人員執行協商結果出爾反爾、各種鑽空子：
（1）報警後警局協商的是免費一晚，回來要求出諒解書才賠償，僵持五分鐘才退款；
（2）報警後警局協商的是出承諾書，因體諒當日已凌晨一點多，第二天給蓋章件，第二天見面不給蓋章件，説酒店不能給出蓋章的東西要自己留存，我直接回房間、跟她説要變卦你就報警再協商才拿到已經承諾的文件，第二天又嚴重影響心情！
4、設備陳舊、跟漢庭無異：前台、電梯共用，無冰箱無小愛同學無電動窗簾

首先一進屋就一股臭味，尿騷那種臭，而且空調沒反應，找了前台解決，結果晚上回去還是有味道，衹能忍了。
其次給我選的房間是走廊正對着的，這種大家應該都知道不好吧，害得我一夜沒敢閤眼！！！
最後房間的抽紙，用了幾張就沒了，第一次住酒店遇到沒紙的情況，真的會無語。再也不會住全季了。

住的這間房是尾房 到酒店才知道 並且已經過了退訂單的時間 並且不能看電視我説的不是付費節目就是正常的電視 還有房間有一股味道 門需要特殊的技巧才不會報警 總而言之很不滿意
