Yueshan Hotel

I went to Changshou to visit relatives and chose this hotel. I checked in with great expectations and the front desk even upgraded the room type. It was already 12 o'clock when I arrived at the hotel, so I wanted to take a hot shower and rest, but I found that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they said there was a problem and they were repairing it, so I had to wait. After waiting for half an hour, I called again and they said they were still boiling water, so I had to wait a moment. I called the front desk again and was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes. I called again half an hour later and was told they were still repairing it! It was already past 1 o'clock, and I asked the front desk whether it could be repaired that night. The front desk said they were not sure. I would like to ask why they didn't tell me at the beginning and kept the guest waiting? Wait until after one in the morning to say you’re not sure? The front desk said there would be hot water the next morning. OK, so I waited until the next morning to take a shower. After turning on the water heater, there was indeed hot water, but the water temperature was only 20 degrees! In the middle of winter, this is no different from taking a cold shower. I couldn't force myself to finish the shower. When I checked out, the front desk said that the water temperature was a bit warm. May I ask, do you think 20-degree water is a bit warm? How about your hotel staff try it themselves? I really can't understand why a newly opened hotel still needs to boil water for its hot water system? ? ? My mentality is really screwed during the Chinese New Year, and the experience is extremely bad! ! ! !

The location of the hotel is very good. We climbed Mount Bodhi in the morning. The design is very simple, but it is a bit troublesome to enter and exit the parking lot, and you need to make a phone call. Booked a higher room, but still on the 1st floor thinking we could see the mountain, but we didn't. The mattress is decent and a bit hard.

位置：酒店對面就是菩提山，天氣不熱的時候剛好去徒步，地理位置方便，到菩提小鎮開車幾分鐘 品質：親子房非常温馨，有小孩喜歡的小帳篷，水果玩具，親子洗漱牙具，小零食，minibar，親子床品，各種可愛的玩偶，女兒喜歡的不得了，賴在房間裏不願意出門 環境：出門是個小滑滑梯，一個大廣場，附近有公交站，住宿很安靜，周邊吃的很多，都是居民自己開的，好吃又不貴；前台有個小童繪本區玩具區，可以玩一天 服務：前台小姐姐很乖，很貼心，很温柔，房間裏面的紙巾都很厚實 帶孩子來玩的一定選擇這家，非常滿意

提前到了酒店，沒有收拾好房間，前台免費升級了房型，服務很好，找不到房間的時候，打掃衞生的阿姨也很貼心的指路。房間整體環境很不錯，非常乾淨整潔，歡迎水果的橘子很甜。 酒店一樓還有喝下午茶的地方，價格很合適 ，咖啡很香。

酒店房間乾淨寬敞明亮 環境特別好 設施方便 服務好的沒話説 前台也很熱情禮貌 基本有求必應 離古鎮也很近 停車免費 是一次很好的入住體驗 早餐很豐富，有小麪、長壽米粉、中西式早餐應有盡有，還有酸奶。孩子和長者都很滿意。 雖然是新的酒店沒有裝修味道，酒店有香氛，香氛可以再淡一點。

這絕對是個寶藏酒店!入住的整個過程都非常的舒心，酒店裝修非常有格調，雖然是新酒店，一點裝修的異味都沒有，工作人員的服務也非常貼心。房間床品很舒服，很乾燥，熱水很足，水很大，洗了個很舒服的澡。早餐也非常豐富和美味，離開的時候老闆還親自關心我們的體驗，非常感謝。
