We loved the hospitality they gave us a free upgrade we recommend everyone who wants a close place to attraction everything is nearby to hotel plus the behaviour of staff is very polite they gave us free chocolates also rooms are very spacious with all the aminities

We found a porn Qr code as we entered the room. While we do respect different cultures. I think also hotels should respect international different cultures since they are receiving them. This did really effect how we felt about the entire stay. I think it should be removed and you can provide it as you wish for the people who request it!!

The place is very pleasant, very clean, and close to everything! I highly recommend it and would definitely come back 😊 The staff is also very helpful, always guiding us and answering our questions quickly.

Customer service was good, the front desk was very responsive and helpful. However, the room was not that clean, especially the drain in shower, behind door, mirrors and etc. The drain had a pungent smell too. Sometimes after room service, the room got even dirtier than before, with plastic debris everywhere, or sometimes they forgot to clear the dustbins. Also found a piece of fake eyelash under the comforter. The hallways were scary at night and the elevators look old and worn with wooden boards in it. Not recommended for people looking for a pleasant night stay, unless you just needed somewhere cheap to spend the night.
