This hotel has amazing service. Upon arrival we were connected with a WeChat contact to use as our personal concierge throughout our stay we would text and ask for recommendations such as hot pot or where to view different sightseeing spots. The hotel also provides free laundry service and we set our laundry super late at night and they delivered it the next morning. I really enjoyed how friendly and prompt the staff was about every single request. Additionally, our room was a corner view facing the bridge and the raffle city building. I also love the shower products that were provided very high-end.
There are a few negatives, but the service overwhelmingly ruled out anything negative about the stay. Breakfast was very mediocre with very few options- we only went one day of our stay. The projector in the room requires Chinese apps to watch and connect anything.

Stunning room and very friendly staff; they showed us how everything in the room worked and they even refunded our breakfast tickets as we didn’t use them. Lovely hotel!

Spectacular views with a mall and street food corners nearby. Cool experience to have a smart room with automated assistance. The bath tub was large and beds were comfortable.

Absolutely Phenomenal! You would rarely come across such a hidden gem, any where in the world, let alone just China. The politeness and professionalism of the really well presented staff would be apparent as soon as you get on the 9th Floor where this Beautiful new hotel is on. The use of marbles on every inch of the property is such a cool sight... The fact that smoking was allowed in selected rooms was an awesome plus too. Highly Recomended!! Especially the Ground Floor rooms.

I just stayed there for a few nights in October and I truly had an amazing experience. The location was great since it was right across from Raffles City and in the heart of jiefangbei. A subway station is right outside the building doors. Room was exactly as pictured and beautiful. What made the stay the best of my travels in awhile was the service. Everyone was so helpful and warm. They went out of their way to help and make it pleasant. I left my headphones in a spa in the building after I checked out and they were able to get to back to me.
