Best hotel in Chongqing for family stay. Clean, very polite staff, close to Chongqing best visiting places. Definitely will stay in dylight hotel next time.

The toilet is on the upper floor bedroom, and the shower is in the living room, quite inconvenient climbing up and down to use the toilet. I find it kinda weird for the layout. Also, there are no hooks to hang your clothes in the shower room.There's no fridge, washers, or cups, no coffee or teabags provided. The location is good, though.

Прекрасный номер с красивым видом, чисто, тематически, отзывчивый персонал! Похоже что вытяжка общая на несколько номеров. Если кто-то покурит в соседнем (будет запах и в вашем). Соседей тоже слышно, если они шумят. Все остальное нам очень понравилось!

酒店交通特別方便，朝天門1號口出來就到了，酒店樓層可以觀看到對面來福士大樓全景，帶着孩子非常方便居住在這裏。房間裡帶洗衣機，夏日出行洗衣服非常方便。推薦來重慶旅遊的朋友們住在這裏。

酒店的安排非常有問題，服務也是基本上沒有，首先我在攜程預訂使用了提前入住的權益和延遲退房的權益，以上權益全部在酒店確認的前提下，提前入住無法使用，在聯繫了客服之後問我們提供瞭解決方案，並且客服幫我聯繫酒店同意在退房的時候可延遲至下午3點前，在第二天11.30酒店就開始過來催促退房，並且無視我的權益，在溝通無果聯繫了客服也是一樣的説辭表示會盡量讓我們延遲（非常的不情願），迫於無奈聯繫客服之後，客服迅速的幫我處理，但是酒店的答覆還表示後面有其他用户，衹能儘量，後續我們在12.10左右急急忙忙的收拾好行李進行退房。其他酒店明明是4人房，房間就兩人份的浴巾，水也衹有兩瓶，這些不做計較，建議酒店完善自己的配套設施，也建議合理安排好入住以及退房的時間，如果無法安排可以提前告知，而不是臨時通知，導致行程重新規劃。衹是小小的插曲，重慶很好下次還會來，以上為我個人入住體驗😄😄😄
