在**上訂的時候有空房，到店裡確説我定的房型滿了，讓我補錢升成豪華大房，我説讓他們給我退了，他説他退不了，沒辦法我交了錢升成豪華大房，住進去一看和我定的普通房一模一樣，一個外地人計較多了怕人家揍我，衹有吃個啞巴虧

什麼垃圾酒店 燈光就衹有普通照明燈 還很暗 電視還不能投屏 大早上7點過就被前台在外面打電話吵醒 聲音很大很大 誰打電話那麼大聲音？？？ 簡直人才 態度還不好 問他幾點退房也像説不清楚一樣 1點過跑過來給我説12點退房 超過一點收費 簡直人才 不想説了 打死也不會再去這家酒店 早點關門吧 謝謝你全家🙏
