挺好的，首先感覺是乾淨。
馬桶蓋智能的，還送智能馬桶蓋的一次性馬桶套子，畢竟這種型號的自己一般不會帶。
一樓前台有咖啡機自助，床軟硬適中，枕頭竟然還是乳膠枕。
早飯有小麪，送的牙刷質量也很好。服務也很棒，反正就是各種滿意吧，性價比挺高的，算是出差住的比較舒服的酒店了。

連住4天感覺非常好 衞生乾淨房間新 前台小哥哥小姐姐態度超好！
位置很方便 離紅旗河溝2號口地鐵站很近 距離觀音好吃街不到兩公里 周邊還有一個很長很長的居民樓和底商
太喜歡重慶這個城市了 重慶再見！！

全國各城市住過華住旗下的酒店不下100家（全季，桔子，你好，星程）每次都是選新開業的，這次也不例外，但這是最垃圾的一次體驗，垃圾中的戰鬥機，酒店走廊竟然還有好多沒被承包下來的房間，外來住户和酒店房間穿插在一起，一棟住宅樓，開了好多家酒店，包括你好、星程、維也納等等，這些酒店共用電梯，電梯裏小卡片，**廣告比比皆是，暴露在外的管道，早餐生蛆的冬棗，一直玩手機的服務人員，設定在電視牆下面的沙發（坐在這裡頭往哪放？），隔音超級超級差的老式窗户，以及無數衞生死角，住過最差的星程。沒有之一

整體一般，如果有下次，應該不會再選擇住這家了，服務人員倒是很熱情，房間內設施相對比較簡陋，沒有那種温馨的感覺，衞生間和淋浴雖然做了乾濕分離，但是上面都是空的，用玻璃門隔開，如果不是一家人真的會很尷尬，早餐還可以，能吃飽………這家酒店在一棟三十多層的大樓裏，一整棟樓被分為各種品牌的酒店，包括維也納，你好酒店，星程酒店，還有其他幾個個體旅店，每個品牌佔幾層，共用三部電梯，人也多，等電梯的時間有時候真的很長，亂亂哄哄的，200元左右的話可以考慮，超過兩百五六就建議選別家吧……

從重慶西站到酒店可以乘坐地鐵6號線或環線在冉家壩換乘3號線到紅旗河溝站，（重慶北站到酒店可直接乘坐地鐵3號線））從2號口出地鐵站後往前走200米左右即可到酒店。酒店所在大廈有好幾家酒店，因此早上八九點高峯期等電梯特別辛苦。酒店房間比較乾淨整潔，也還比較新。洗漱、沐浴、廁所是三分離的，因此使用比較方便。早餐自助餐廳在13樓，菜品還算豐富，但面積比較小，座位不多，再加上服務員沒有及時收拾，住了4個晚上，有兩天是八點多去的餐廳，等了一會兒才有位置坐下。該酒店總體還是不錯的，推薦大家入住。

房間和服務好。離地鐵站100多米方便。
唯一缺點:35層的商住樓，三部電梯，但全樓有幾家酒店和住户混雜。房間數多達六七百間。高峯期電梯等到崩潰。
