It was an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is very good. The hotel is right next to Hualonqiao subway station. There’s also a big shopping mall next to the hotel. The staff is helpful and very polite. Flora and Jeni at the reception are very polite and helpful. Thanks for everything.

Very good hotel, staff is helpful and the rooms are comfy with everything you need. However if like us you don’t speak mandarin, be prepared: the staff does NOT speak English and while they’re trying their best with Baidu translate, if you need to call the hotel they won’t pick up the phone (and if they do you won’t be able to communicate).
Emplacement is good but the hotel was really hard to find especially with construction work in the area when we went.
The easiest way we found when we wanted to take a Didi was to get dropped in front of Luckin coffee, go inside the big mall, make your way to level -1, pass in front of the supermarket and exit on the side of the road facing the river. If the mall is closed, you can go to the subway station and follow the signs to the next exit. You should come out on the other side of the street and near the hotel.
We haven’t tried the breakfast buffet. If you hesitate to take breakfast included, know that there’s plenty of cheap options in the area to take breakfast.

It's at a good location right next to a shopping mall. Scenery is good as you can see the river right from the room.
Restaurant is a bit lack luster but hotel has washer/dryer which is very convenient.
Excellent for this brand of hotel but still not up to International Brand such as Hyatt, Hilton etc.
