ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship)

This hotel is the best hotel i have ever stayed at ever. Special appreciation to orange and her exceptional service we fell ill and she helped us move rooms swiftly and waited for us. The cleanliness and room type is beyond expectations and the staff service is magnificient. They always go above and beyond and then storm spa is such a fun add on.

Genuinely great hotel that’s viral (for good reason) within the even more viral city of Chongqing. Amazing views of the city for both day and night, though we were plagued by some days of fog. Overall the oversized bath tub was quite a fresh feature and much appreciated. Room was clean, large, and service staff were incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

A Refreshing Upgrade ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) I originally booked a different hotel on Trip.com, but after checking in, it just didn’t meet my expectations. So I walked over to ISEYA Panoramic Hotel, which I had also seen on Trip.com and it turned out to be the perfect decision. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they took the time to show me different room types until I found exactly what I was looking for. That kind of flexibility and kindness really made a difference after a rough start to the day. The location is excellent, just steps from Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and in same building of a mall (Yingli International Financial Center) with lots of dining options, including a halal Turkish restaurant on the 6th floor, which was a great surprise. The room itself felt welcoming with the layout, Nespresso machine, projector with sound system, and a stunning view of the Chongqing skyline. The curtain system was thoughtful: a combination of sheer shades and blackout curtains gave me both privacy and beautiful daylight throughout the day. Tip: If you’re staying on the 59th floor, you’ll need to switch elevators on the 58th floor. not an issue, just something to note.

Very Excellert service in this hotel! The staff here are all very friendly LuLu, orange , and all the staff here is very helpful. The afternoon tea is excellent.do not miss it . The storm spa is an interesting experience. Do come here to experience it.

The 24-hour concierge service provided by the hotel is excellent, with concierge Moon offering personalized and thoughtful services. The hotel also features a unique storm experience area, and there is even free laundry service available! Highly recommend for great Chongqing experience
