A newly open hotel with hip & chic interior. The location was alright although it’s standing at an isolated area without shopping arcades around. The Ari conditioner and shower had issue. They only offered centralised hot air, the showers always had hot water running at the cold water side. It’s not working properly.

Location was very central and the view is amazing. Hotel is very clean and new. Staff Qian Qian was very helpful with our questions and helped us with the luggages too. Will definitely come back again to stay here!

Originally booked with the intent on using the indoor pool, gym and on site laundry room however after checking in and enquiring where these were the staff told us these haven’t been built yet and might be within the next month. However they were very apologetic and accommodating and we were partially reimbursed on Trip.com.
The room was spacious and the bed extremely large and comfortable, shower and toilet very good. Only downside was our room was cleaned twice in the 4 nights we stayed, despite having the ‘make up room’ sign on. The other times when they did decide to clean was late around 5pm when we had ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door, and still entered. Sub par cleaning, dusty, toilet roll not replenished and after asking for some from reception, we didn’t get any until the next day after we tracked down one of the cleaners.
Food smells wafted into our room frequently as if we were in the kitchen. The windows were not sound proof so very loud when it rained, and then leaked into the room.
Overall it was a very comfortable stay nonetheless and the hotel is clearly in the early stages. Good price and kind staff.

Overall, this hotel is very good. The front desk checked in quickly, the room was comfortable, the price was not expensive, the environment was good, the room was clean, and it was the first choice for staying. I was satisfied. The housekeeper service was very good, very enthusiastic, and the service attitude was particularly good. The sanitation was very clean. It was very close to Guanyin Bridge Pedestrian Street, which was very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was clean, spacious and bright, especially the staff Xiaohong's service was excellent, enthusiastic, efficient, and basically responsive. The main thing was that the room price was affordable and parking was free. I was very satisfied with my stay! The first choice hotel to stay in Chongqing.
