A very nice affordable apartment hotel. We stayed in the 2 bed 1 bath unit. We stayed 3 nights. First, you will need to add their WeChat (which everyone needs in China). From then onwards, instructions / communications are clear although all in Chinese (not an issue since WeChat can auto translate). When you arrive, a contact person will pick you up from lobby (2nd floor) to bring you to the hotel lobby on the 4th floor. Highly commend the responsiveness of their communications via WeChat. They provide a lot of recommendations for food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and even coffee places). Always ready to help, even past midnight. One of the most personalised “concierge” experience with a lot of greetings. Washing machine was clean, which we used throughout our stay. Spacious and comfortable. Instead of tv, unit has a projector. Unit was cleaned every day (they would ask before they clean). Overall a very pleasant stay with highly attentive / personalised service. Would love to stay again!

he hotel is conveniently located, close to many establishments and just a 10-minute walk from Chongqing’s main streets and attractions. The room is spacious, recently renovated, built with quality materials, and very well equipped. A few details about the layout: the room has a fully equipped kitchen but no refrigerator, which makes it impossible to store cold items. Also, the bathroom is located in the laundry area, with access through the kitchen. Other than that, the bed is very comfortable, and the room includes plenty of snacks and amenities. Right below the hotel, there are several street food stalls offering snacks and local dishes. The instructions received via WeChat were clear and very helpful in understanding both the hotel and room facilities. What truly stood out during this stay was the outstanding customer service—something I had never experienced in China before. Prior to my arrival, I was given detailed directions on how to get to the hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and assisted with my luggage. Throughout my stay, they checked in daily to see if I needed anything and provided me with recommendations for food, sightseeing, and anything else I might ask for. They also made sure I was comfortable and satisfied at all times. This level of service was exceptional and left me extremely pleased. Without a doubt, it is a key reason I would gladly stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality during my stay, I really appreciated it.

Im indonesian chinese with 6peoples in family. Very good location, selling fruits, saokhao, drinks downstair, restaurant sellaing dumplings, porridge and mala noddle downstair too. Just walking distance to jie fang bei and walking around 15minutes to se ba ti 18stairs . Im staying with families with wheel chair and their services are amazing. I was ordered so so many packages from taobao, they really help me to collect and till the end of my order, i lost a packages with big luggage, they help me to search and call the yuen thong courier till get the package. They work in team and really helpfull for us. Their services , i gave 5stars all the time and hope have change to get back and stay there again.
