對這次入住非常滿意，入住時前台工作人員非常熱情，笑容滿面，辦理手續迅速，還主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點，洪崖洞這些，客房服務員態度友好，房間打掃得非常乾淨，還貼心地在床頭放了礦泉水和小卡片，細節滿分！
入住期間空調出了點問題，打電話給前台後，維修人員很快就上門解決了，效率很高。
退房的時候前台工作人員還主動幫忙叫車，提醒我們帶好隨身物品，服務真的非常周到。
