We came to Chongqing this time to celebrate my wife’s birthday. On this special day, we chose the Conrad Hotel. When we drove to the parking lot, we couldn’t find the route to the hotel because the place was too big, so we had to call the front desk to ask. , and soon the hotel employee Tao came to us diligently, took care of our luggage and led us to the hotel lobby to check in. During my stay in the hotel, I met Tao many times, and he always remained polite and had a bright smile. The front desk person who checked us in was Cici. We accidentally mentioned that we were celebrating our birthday, and Cici arranged a room upgrade for us. This thoughtful gesture made us feel good. During our stay, we made many requests, and the hotel also agreed. As soon as we made the arrangement, we met different hotel staff, all of whom were professional and courteous. In addition to the various facilities, hygiene and comfort level, we were all very satisfied. From the training of the staff and the maintenance of the facilities, Conrad Hotel was definitely our best choice. It is the benchmark of Chongqing's hotel industry.

The environment is very good. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and I am very satisfied. The beautiful scenery of the hotel is really impeccable. I opened the window in the morning and I was really drunk. They also upgraded our room type for free. Very clean and tidied up every day. I don’t understand so many critical voices on the Internet. To be dissatisfied, I think the swimming pool is too shallow, but everything else is really good. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. They knew that my husband’s birthday was also arranged. I was given wine and cake. The cake was very delicious. Someone helped open the door when I got in and out of the car. Because of a small incident, I arranged breakfast, and my husband had to catch a flight and didn't eat breakfast next time. I wanted to get him a cup of coffee and 2 boiled eggs, but he patiently packed them for me. Thanks to the duty managers Victoria Jiang and Shirley Lau for the arrangement. It is a highly recommended hotel.

This is a Conrad that just opened in China this year. Everything is very new. I like the overall green style and the comfortable lighting system. The hotel service is probably the best among all the Conrads I have stayed in. The service staff are very proactive and responsive. I would like to praise Kappo at the front desk. The free mini bar provided in the guest rooms not only includes imported red wine and beer, but also imported mineral water. The snacks in the mini bar are also set at a very high level. Let guests have a better stay experience. In particular, the air conditioning system in the guest room is very quiet, and there is no noise. The following suggestions are for the hotel to improve: 1. Lack of lobby front desk staff - When checking in, I asked for a room with a better orientation. But when I entered the room, I found that the room faced the roof of another building, which affected the vision. At the same time, the check-in staff did not tell me that the room included breakfast, the breakfast time, and introduced other facilities of the hotel. 2) Lack of male service in the Chinese restaurant - At lunch time, my friend and I went to the Chinese restaurant for dinner. Since there were no signs and the receptionist was at the entrance of the Chinese restaurant, we went directly to a table that was being cleaned and waited for the table. After a while, a male waiter told us in a rather unfriendly tone that the table had been reserved by someone else. I personally think that the male waiter was unfriendly because my friend was not dressed up at the time, so he was looked down upon. - When serving the dishes, the male waiter opened the wooden lid of the beef and dropped several pieces of beef on the table. The beef that fell on the table was not picked up immediately. When we were almost finished, we called the male waiter to take the beef off the table. What was surprising was that the male waiter actually picked up the fallen beef with his hands (not even using a tissue) in front of us. 3) The lack of all-day dining restaurant - I always thought that the hotel's breakfast time should be from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 am, and I found that I had to queue up for a table at the entrance of the restaurant. At the same time, I was also told that the breakfast time was until 10 am. After waiting for about ten minutes, I was led in. I was surprised to find that except for some tables that had not been cleared, in fact, many tables in the restaurant had been cleared, and people queuing outside the door could actually enter directly. - In addition to self-service breakfast, the hotel also includes ordering. But the waiter who led me in did not mention anything about ordering, nor did he provide me with a menu. - Due to being too crowded, the restaurant did not collect the food at 10 o'clock. However, from beginning to end, the service staff did not inform the guests of the collection time ten minutes before the collection. Summary: The breakfast experience is the only downside of staying at Chongqing Kangdelai Hotel. The main reason is that the restaurant staff (from waiters to kitchen staff) is seriously insufficient. During peak hours, every restaurant staff member seemed to be racing, sweating profusely, and looking nervous. Coupled with the dining tables that were not cleaned in time, the entire restaurant did not have the quiet, clean and relaxing atmosphere that a super five-star hotel should have. The above opinions were informed to the relevant managers one by one before leaving the hotel. The hotel also gave responsive measures.

Come to see Sodagreen. The five-star hotel closest to Huaxi Live is Conrad. It is indeed of the same high standard as the Conrad in Beijing and Shanghai where I usually stay. The first night, they upgraded me to loft. The second night was Cloud 270. The overall sense of space in both rooms is very good. The scenery is different and each has its own feeling. The sofa area, washbasin and bathtub in the room are very clean. The toilet is automatic sensing. The washing and care are the usual byredo of Conrad (but this makes girls feel at ease! I have to praise the service in particular. 1. Louis who checked in was very friendly and kind. I didn’t control the time well on the first day of my stay. I put down my luggage in the hotel and rushed out. As a result, my small bag was left in the room. I rushed to the front desk again. As soon as I asked, Louis helped me make a new card. It was a surprise. It was a comfortable stay experience. 2. On the last day, I took my big and small bags to help my sister check in at Times Fengjun Building. When I arrived, I found that my small bag was missing. It contained all my documents. I had to go on a business trip as soon as I returned to my permanent residence, and my passport could not be lost at this time. I was not sure if I had left it at the hotel. I was so anxious to catch the plane. I called the hotel. Sherry at the front desk immediately confirmed the style and contents of my bag. Alan, the concierge/luggage person, helped me check the surveillance to confirm whether I had carried it out of the hotel. He also went to the front desk upstairs to get it. When I got to the stop by hotel entrance, Alan was already waiting at the door and immediately handed it to me. It was very smooth and I successfully caught the plane! I am very grateful to them and the other two girls who answered the call at the front desk! I will definitely come to Conrad again when I come to Chongqing next time!

The room is beautiful, the facilities are new, and the breakfast is delicious. There are many snacks around the hotel. I ate at a super good Chuan Chuan Xiang next to the residential building. I was so happy. I will come back when I get off the car.

I took my kids to attend the National Exhibition and booked a twin room at Conrad. The day before, the hotel called and said that the hotel would open the next day (Figure 10). I was worried that the new room would have a strong smell, so the hotel prepared a blueair in the room in advance. But when I actually arrived at the hotel, maybe because the room was very high (it felt like 5 meters) and the air purifier, there was not much irritating smell, and the kids were allergic and didn't feel anything. The room was on the 49th floor. The hotel room had a very open feeling because of the height (Figure 1 and Figure 2). The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed me to see the city view directly from the bed, and the view was great (Figure 3 and Figure 4). I asked around and found out that the twin beds could not see Yuzhong, only the big bed could, which was a little regretful. The hotel's buffet restaurant is also highly recommended, especially the sunset view is very good (Figure 6). On the first day, we sat in the sunset seat (Figure 7, Figure 8, Figure 9). On the second day, we sat in the direction of Yuzhong. Unexpectedly, the effect of the sunset on the screen was also great (Figure 5). In short, it is the same Conrad standard as always, plus the unbeatable view. Children are not allowed to enter the bar, otherwise the night view of Yuzhong is probably also amazing

I saw the recommendation from Xiaohongshu and came to check in. The environment is very good, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. The decoration of the new store inevitably smells a bit heavy. The service is hard to say enough. At one time, I thought I was here to work and serve the staff. The summary is: run! Don't look back!

The hotel is relatively new, and the smell has not completely dissipated. It was officially opened on August 16. There was a long queue after 9 o'clock for breakfast, and even when it was almost over, the dishes were not complete, and the juice was replaced by lemonade. The hotel's front desk also tried its best to explain to the guests that it should be due to limited seats. In addition, the room cleaning was not very timely. On rainy days, the concierge asked customers to go upstairs to get umbrellas by themselves. In summary: the service staff was not well prepared. Because they were just preparing for the opening, there were some service deficiencies that should not be seen in high-end hotels. The room hardware was okay. Overall, the service level and details were not up to par with other local high-end hotels such as Regent and InterContinental, and need to be improved.
