寶藏酒店，第一次到萬州入住歡致酒店
服務一流，客房乾淨明亮
早餐到13點，而且吃得非常好。
入住就有好多免費的服務，比如洗衣服，晚安粥，雞尾酒，下午茶等。
前台服務很温柔細心
餐廳服務很熱情周到
設施：很先進，很智能

非常好風景很好，就是我們來的這一天起霧了白天看的一般般，但是晚上對面霓虹初上非常的有繁華都市的味道了，重點是這個酒店地理位置非常好，所以出行什麼都很方便！👍🏻
雙人自助下午茶和精緻雞尾酒:這個是我早餐拿的非常豐盛，還有小麪牛肉麪，很有特色，下午茶是隨時都能吃的非常好，整個頂樓都能看到對面長江
管家式服務:可以有微信小管家，還可以下單二十多項服務非常不錯，當時下單了刮鬍刀15分鐘內就送過來了
設施：很好有智能馬桶，還有智能家電，都非常貼心，這趟旅程我們在酒店呆了一上午尤其是早餐重點誇誇！可以到中午13.00真是睡懶覺的福利！其實夏天去會更好，但是冬天去也有優點就是人沒有很多，總之我覺着如果是想去那邊不那麼匆忙的旅遊完全值得一去！😘😘😘

很久就耳聞“歡致”這個連鎖品牌，設計服務都適合年輕人的酒店。週末萬州之行決定來試試。在二百加的價位裏面，算的上性價比一絕了。
環境：酒店位置就在萬達廣場和西山公園中間的一棟寫字樓內，距離距離網紅大樓梯很近，步行前去的建議從大樓梯方向爬一節，看到營地串串後左轉即可，比從另外一個方向爬坡上來省力。整個寫字樓多家商鋪共用，歡致前台在27樓（辦理入住），公區集中在28樓（需從27樓乘內部電梯上去）。公區面積很大，早午餐/下午茶/雞尾酒的用餐區域、無邊泳池、書吧、健身房、洗衣房等功能齊全。客房在這棟寫字樓的其他樓層。
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，整個酒店人員服務態度都很好，樓道收布草的阿姨、公區做清潔的嬢嬢，都很友善。早飯延遲到中午1點的模式對賴床的年輕人相當友好。
設施：房間是小度控制的語音智能模式，語音控制電視/窗簾開關等相當方便。床墊和枕頭睡起來都很舒服，床頭二維碼掃描後可以選擇耳塞、口罩、指甲刀等個性化服務。
不足：房間的電視衹適合看直播或者投屏，其它的電影電視劇多為掃碼收費模式。入住的19樓房間隔音效果欠佳，旁邊房間凌晨十二點一點還在聊天，有點影響休息睡眠。攜程下訂單時選擇了鉑金會員贈送的房型升級服務，到店後也未能享受升級，可能週末入住客人較多沒辦法安排吧，這個可以理解。

看着視頻號認識的加盟店老闆何依依而來住她的店，現在除了主流的華住系，亞朵系，錦江系，確實有不少年輕品牌想在酒店連鎖運營這塊沖出來，也有不少想進入酒店運營的業主確實沒有過多的籌建，運營經驗。也有不少年輕的客户不那麼鍾情於全季亞朵水晶等。這個店位置選址超級棒，一貫的網紅台階旁邊，江景無敵，但物業有其他酒店，特別是酒店樓層任何客人都可以到達這是一個硬傷。酒店服務不錯，相應的也有，不過那個下午茶確實可有可無，品質太一般，也理解成本所限，但是畢竟相對於房間溢價來説可以稍微好一點。房間估計24平左右，裝修造價控制的比較好，所以床品啥的也還可以，衞生做的也不錯。最後下樓梯的時候，遇到三個員工，其中一個較為熱情，另外兩個明知我們是顧客的情況下沒有太多的情緒，當然下班了可理解，但是何總對於團隊凝聚力的打造還有很長的路要走。

濱江地段位置極佳，升級了江景房，雖然當天到店時間比較晚，前台小姐姐還貼心送了袋裝萬州烤魚和果盤。早餐延遲到下午1點，這服務的確很人性化。另外，下午茶時段還可以安安靜靜坐着，泡一壺茶，吃着點心，看窗外的江景，沒人打擾，很放鬆。想想天氣好的時候在頂樓的大平台上曬太陽也很安逸。還有書吧和露天游泳池，都是開放的。這設施值得推薦。

之前到萬州出差周圍的酒店基本都住過，看是新開的就過來試下，結果很滿意，前台美女的服務意識強，業務能力好，細緻周到，潤物無聲，房間寬敞，佈局合理，各種免費福利貼心又温暖，位置是核心地段，周圍配套齊全，已確定後面出差首選！
