Chongqing NASITING Hotel (Monument to the people's Liberation Hongyadong Store)

We stayed at NASITING•納斯汀酒店 at Jiefangbei for 5 nights. It was equipped as a smart room w great room amenities, at a super good rate. Cafes, metro station and malls are just right downstairs. Only thing was it was hard to find as there is no drop off point. The nearest would be 重庆解放碑皇冠假日酒店·健身中心 Crowne Plaza Hotel. This hotel lobby is on the 13 floor.

The hotel is in excellent location just a few minutes walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Clock Tower, that makes us decided to booked this accommodation which claimed to be a hotel but in fact is more like a service apartment. The staffs at the reception counter were friendly, helpful and informative. The type of room we booked was “Extreme Floating Island Twin Room” which mentioned in Trip.com the room size is 38sqm to 43sqm. To our disappointment, when we check into our room, we felt that the room size is much smaller that was mentioned😫😫. To add up to our disappointment, the access by lifts to the rooms on each floor absolutely have no security to the guests at all. Outsiders can easily access to any of the floors without problem. On several occasions we bumped into deliveries guys in the lift with us. To make things worse, each floor has a public toilet outside with the door always open in which the staffs claimed it for the convenience of the guests!!! I think is a cheap excuse!! I guessed is more for their hotel staffs and cleaners on each floor. In my opinion, if the guests can make it to their room floor during urgency to the toilet, why not use their own room toilet?? for more comfort, cleaner and more hygienic correct?? How do you feel as a guest where you have to pass by a public toilet with door always open each time you go in and out of your room?? Very disappointed with this strange set up.

The hotel has a strong sense of design, and the intelligent equipment is very convenient. I like it very much.

Very good service. The service team were very helpful when I had difficulties ordering on ** and finding the place. The place is not easy to find initially but the location is really good for travellers as it is close to a lot of attractions and the airport. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Overall, it is a very suitable hotel for travellers for its location and comfort.

Super nice hotel in a good location, very recommended. Close to all main attractions
